Sydney has a good food scene and good corporate career opportunities (if thats the path they want to go down), but has alot of downsides as well.

A nice house around Bondi would be pushing maybe 3 or 4 mill... I'm not totally sure but i doubt a bank is gonna lend that kind of money to a young afl player given their careers could end in an instant...

We've sorely lacked in Forward Pressure since Charlie and Eddie left, Fog/Tex/TT aren't exactly pressure machines, Hayward applies it in spades
