Good to hear Brereton get into Ford about his different effort levels when 1/ he looks like getting it (maximum effort) versus 2/ when the opposition have it or look like getting it (minimal effort). We have a number of talented players who do the same and it's one of the main reasons we're so uncompetitive.
It is mostly mental for our blokes. Just copy Wardlaw and Sheez.

Too daft to understand what it takes to be successful at AFL level. Has the required skills, zero application.

Won't go the distance. Will be a very good suburban footballer
League leading at drafting players that have low intellect.

Some genuine low IQ getting around in our colours.

Gotta stick with Eddie, I thought he was really disappointing today but hopefully he will learn from it. A run of games in the VFL to really get some form, fitness and confidence would do him no harm. Of course the conundrum is who replaces him in the ones?
Need to get tougher. He’s not alone. We are in desperate need of blokes like Eddie to become far more uncompromising in their want for the ball. He’s got some tricks, so I’m on board. But the toughness and edge has to be up to him.

He’s better than others without the free run they get.

2 weeks ago our board was furious he came back through the VFL.

Not concerned, keep playing him. He’s handy and makes the most of his opportunities.
