Fair enough, but you do need to win a final to win a flag, and Essendon now have a very poor recent record in this area compared to almost every other club (GC as bad, not sure who else, have Melbourne won one since your last finals win?).
And?? Things change and turn. Bulldogs and Tigers great examples. Our time hasn't come yet. When it does then so be it.

And... long runs of not winning finals turn into even longer runs of not winning flags. Bulldogs and Tigers are not great examples to pin your hopes on. Things turned for Bulldogs after their fans waited for 62 years. Tigers fans are still waiting after 36 years. Winning a final is only the first step, and you are not there yet.

The prosecution rests.
Abasi, I know that when you try and comment on football you usually make it clear that you glean most of what you post from bigfooty, but give it a crack. Apart from a quiet Grand Final as a 21 year old, which of these games did you watch and how did it support your opinion he goes missing in finals?

He's gone missing almost every time he's played Hawthorn, be that in finals or home and away games.

AFL Players had him as a top 10 player in the comp at the start of the year. He's the most overrated player in the league.

Christ almighty, that has to be up there with 'The Swans would be better if they had worse players' in terms of football observations from you. No wonder you avoid it.

Is this even English?

Haha

Ducking and weaving like Selwood and Shuey in a tackle. He asked a pretty simple question and you can't respond so you resort to "LOL. Lern 2 inglish"
There is no question is his post, just some random statement with no relevance to anything.

2014 and 2016 grand finals are enough sample size to suggest, that so far in parker's career , he has lowered his colours on the biggest stage.
Most players don't get many if any opportunities to play in grand finals, you better be ready when one comes along . May get a chance at redemption very soon.

One he was a 22 year old in a team that got flogged by 60 and another he was playing on a torn MCL. Same question to you, which of those finals games did you watch and how did they tell you he struggles in big games?

I've watched 2014 around 50 times and Parker was a key cog in your midfield and got soundly beaten .
Grand finals are littered with young kids emerging on GF day , the same with champions contributing whilst severely injured

Okay, so because he didn't announce himself as a 22 year old in a losing grand final where the entire team was down, and had only a solid game on a torn MCL, you consider him to be a poor big game player, despite other finals games where he played well when the team was down.

That's pretty stupid.
