In addition, Braedon Talbot has been elevated to assistant coach after a season as development coach, while Anthony Gallomarino has been appointed AFLW Head of High Performance.

Gallomarino boasts an impressive background in elite sport, primarily working with female athletes across the South Australian Cricket Association and Cricket Australia.

has good credentials and experience, not too sure about the others though. Last season we had too many players who either didn't improve or went backwards yet the Development Coach gets a promotion, that is hard to fathom.

I think Arnell is in the same boat as Hinkley as the outcomes need to improve or she is gone. No one thought it would be easy but most of us probably thought we would do better than we have done.
