Strikers will win this. No way Evans can hit brilliant bowling at a striker rate of over 300 and Morris rip through a strong batting line-up two times in a row

I'm probably biased because I go for the Scorchers...but part of why we're so successful is we 'generally' don't need the same people to perform each time, someone else tends to step up. Time will tell of couse!

Sorry it was tongue in cheek. Someone in the thread for the last game thought we bowled really well

Game 27

Perth Scorchers (Playing XI): Zak Crawley, Sam Whiteman, Aaron Hardie(c), Josh Inglis(w), Laurie Evans, Cooper Connolly, Ashton Agar, Jhye Richardson, Andrew Tye, Jason Behrendorff, Lance Morris

Adelaide Strikers (Playing XI): Matthew Short(c), D Arcy Short, Chris Lynn, Adam Hose, Thomas Kelly, Jamie Overton, Harry Nielsen(w), Henry Thornton, David Payne, Cameron Boyce, Lloyd Pope

Adelaide won the toss and elected to field first.

Id be tempted to move Laurie Evans up the order given what he did against them last game . Maybe move Whiteman down to 5 .
He’s a specialist late order hitter. Those guys are harder to come by than anyone else. Plus we are carked if we find our self in an early collapse
