And of course the really crazy part is that with their ageing population, the UK needs young people to immigrate. Unless they're coming from the USA or Australia/NZ, they're always going to be of different cultures. But without that younger demographic they will hit other issues like you wouldn't believe. Which is why the Tories didn't implement any of the border controls permissible under the EU rules in the past. They didn't really want to stop immigration, they just wanted to be able to blame it.
Said it in 2018 again. How much were they paying to the EU again? and that's just the non tariff barriers.

Mastercard’s interchange fee is currently 0.3% on credit card payments and 0.2% on debit card payments but it has told EU firms that these will increase to 1.5% and 1.15% respectively from 15 October.

Probably got a point about the health of your average person in England. Stats show it hits poor and black communities pretty hard, which is where the health issues are most pronounced. Didn't stop Clive or Gina from succumbing to our obesity epidemic.
They are trying to score as many petty points as possible to convince the sheep that they have one over the EU
So this change to currency clearing regulation paves the door for the financial sector to move business out of London with New York set to come out a big winner. This is going to obliterate London. Oh well who cares if they lose billions right? It was worth it to change the colour of their passports and the fish are apparently happier now.

EU asks NI staff not to attend work, condemns threats
The European Commission has strongly condemned threats against staff working in Northern Ireland ports and said it had asked EU officials working alongside their Northern Ireland counterparts under the Withdrawal Agreement not to attend work today.
