I think its a case of he is sympathetic to BH but everyone else sucks here and 10's shoddy journalism just got lucky that the allegation was more likely than not true.

BL may also have more questions to answer from the ACT magistrates.

He's already determined sex took place to a civil standards he's now making the determination of consent which goes to it being rape as alleged by Channel 10.
