I gotta admit, this thread reads similar to the Port changes thread on their board the week before they thrashed us earlier in the year. Got a feeling this will be real close, we have played three games in a row vs teams who cant make finals (which makes it hard to really gauge where we're at) so it will be interesting to see how we go against a team playing for a top 8 spot.

FWIW I think you will start strong, but when West Coast get up by 3 or 4 your mob will drop their heads. I like Adelaide, really I do, but you guys just don't seem to want it this year.

The only difference is that Powaa are a 10 goal better side. The last showdown proved that fact and it pains me to say. You guys could beat us by a 100 plus if you put the foot down. Ironically it will most likely be the best thing for our club moving forward.

We will end up losing by 48 points after we kick 2 goals in the last 3 minutes to make it not a 10 goal drubbing. Classic crows.

Selection day has almost arrived... I would like nothing more than to see Jones, Gallucci in (McHenry is injured isn’t he? ). But selfishly from a WCE perspective, I hope the status quo remains for this week with Douglas, Otten, Mackay, Hartigan etc. We need this win...

But please don’t bring in Ootiib C, he/she/it sounds (and appears to be) very frightening indeed, I think they can wait another week hehe ☺

I am sad for you guys that you are in this position, the “hope” of losing to force change. We were last there in the final days of Worsfold, it is a horrible feeling and goes against what has been ingrained in you as being a supporter. The manner in which your club is being “managed” is absolutely criminal, something needs to change. I have posted before, but Don seriously needs to step up and take charge. If he isn’t in complete control, then he shouldn’t be there. If he is actually advocating and believing in what is happening... then he shouldn’t be there. So disappointed in him, I honestly thought he had more football acumen and intelligence than that...

I would happily sign the petition, not sure if it is my place as I am not an official Adelaide supporter, but if it helps then I will do so! The blowtorch needs to be shone brightly.

Ootiib C would be a courageous, forward-thinking selection. Never gonna happen.

Butts, Sholl, Hamill etc way higher on the list, and no chance of any of them getting a run.

Appreciate the empathy to our situation mate. Its a complex emotion that's for sure. I think I can say it goes against every fiber of all supporters nature to feel this way about your own club. Especially when the team is still in the 8 with 3 games to go.

Think the rise in Walker's form every time Jenkins is out of the team is enough to warrant keeping him out for the remainder of the year.

Big bodies across the park for West Coast means Atkins has to come out for mine. Worried about Otten with Ryan and Rioli buzzing around but rather him than Hartigan.

It's not that the Crows don't want it. We simply have the worst game plan in the AFL, and have stale selection from a fading list.

Hartigan just has to go after that performance, which saves Otten who has done well on Darling before. Hopefully Keath is fit, otherwise use Hinmelberg as a defender given weagles have 3 tall forwards.

Murphy is a good honest trier, but won't ever exceed Petrenko levels. Time to invest in more talent.

Douglas is cooked. Please retire gracefully & teach our sanfl kids for the rest of the season.

Atkins should have been dropped & given a wake up call long ago. Hopefully Seedsman is refreshed.

Knight has stagnated, so play younger guys.
