Murphy in for Soligo
Pedlar Sub
Fogarty out for Frampton
Frampton down back Murray up forward
Laird for Sloane

$200 from each poster if I’m right
Crows probably trying to stretch the Power's defence with Aliir Aliir missing by picking Laird.

We should drop all our forward talls and play only smalls.

Kenny would be confused.

The cognitive dissonance required to come up with this post is staggering.

Berg needs to go forever, yet dropping the equally useless Fog would be "totally idiotic"? That's staggering double thought right there.
But Fogarty is let down by delivery

Yet the biggest dud Himmelberg can get on end of some , somehow . Even though he drops half of them

I'm going on from Burn's comments, which were unusual in 2022, "make sure you're wearing a mouthguard" & " there's going to be a bit going on" which has set the scene somewhat, from that I think Fog stays in as they love his physical presence, Nicks faps about it quite often.

Frampton for Berg
Laird for Sloane

You do realise that Fogarty has taken more marks in the last 2 games and kicked a couple of goals, whereas Himmelberg hasn't troubled the scorer to wave two flags?

How does Frampron help us in a physical game?

Coaches keep talking up his aggression, I've rarely seen it on game day

We must bring all the heat we can in the First Quarter tomorrow night.

Fun Facts with Grotto

In the Opening Quarter in the Past 10 games, Port have kicked just 1 goal or less in 6 of those games.

Of those, they still managed to win 3/6 games.

I'm no real fan of Billy and I am not overly keen for him to play just think they may have had enough of Berg but need a chop out ruck.

I think he's only aggresive during training or SANFL.

Frampton replacing Berg and starting down back (which he was good at towards the end of last season), with Murray up forward to change things up isn't a move I'm totally against (would be nice if McAsey can string some decent games together and replace Frampton). Would be a nice addition to Murray's game if he can develop into a swingman, a bit like Balta at Richmond. Did Murray train with the forwards at all over the off season? Has anyone heard anything from the coaches recently that suggests this could be a realistic possibility? Murphy replacing Soligo and starting as the sub is fine with me, just as long as Pedlar keeps his spot in the best 22.

Looks like both teams will have just one previous showdown medallist - M.Crouch for us, T. Boak for Port.

I'm tipping Rachele as a smokey for the medal.

Believe it or not Crows have kicked 3 more goals than Port so far in 2020.

From Showdown L where we went down by 4 points:

Known outs - Lynch, Mackay, Kelly (delisted/traded), Sloane, Seeds, McPherson (inj.)

Likely outs - Murphy, Hamill, Davis

Possible outs - Thilthorpe, Cook, Himmelberg.

Possible ins - Crouch, Dawson, Sholl, Brown, Hinge, Rachele, Gollant, Rowe, Pedlar, Soligo
I think Dawson winning the medal will be a further kick in the guts for them.

I'd argue that he shouldn't be gifted a place in the AFL team while he refuses to (or continues to showing himself incapable of) pull his thumb out. As far as I'm concerned, he can go back to the SANFL and earn his position in the AFL team. He shouldn't be selected again until he demonstrates the ability to dominate at that level, rather than cruising along with substandard performances in the AFL.

He has the potential. He needs to deliver on that potential, or get out of the ****ing way, and allow someone with a decent work ethic to do the job in his stead.
The bigger question is whether someone else deserves to be promoted

Easily fixed...
Play him at CHB and tell Smith and Jones to clip him behind the ear every time they run past.
Get the big fella WIRED!

Any danger the club could upload nicks press conference soo we can have a listen? Still not up on the website…
