Come on dude you can't be serious with that comment. He may not have blistering pace like Danger but he is fast, there is no doubting that.
If we compare him to Lyons, unfortunately, there is no question about who is faster.

Never forget the goal he kicked when he was laying down on the ground at AAMI. Awesome. Especially as he didnt like moving much too.

I'm not sure whether he is the fastest but I recall reading that he's up there, so unless the club is lying, it's a fact.

He was the fastest over 20m in a race in which Danger didn't compete.

Ironically some of the goals he kicked in 97 was because he led well to kicks I50 in the 4th.

Crouch is the second fastest player on our list? You sure about that? I'd say Petrenko,Smith and Jenkins are all faster and I'm sure others would be.
Draft position doesn't always equate to performance.
Lyons performed equally if not better than Crouch has in the SANFL. Crouch's draft ranking gives him greater opportunity to get a spot but that doesn't mean Lyons doesn't deserve a spot.

I heard somewhere that Henderson was as fast as danger.. Danger has even said it himself but could just be being modest

If the Blues were to kick the first two goals it would balloon out to easily ~$6 I do follow the odds during the game.

Crouch will be a gun. But fast he ain't.

He's actually super quick according to the combine sprint.

But it's such a garbage test. Smith didn't do particularly well in it but the guy is game quick. He reads situations where he can break away from his opponent in a few steps and then run and cary the ball.

Raw speed only means something if the player backs himself to use it (like Dangerfield). We won't think of Crouch as fast until he learns how to use his pace (that running goal was a good sign).
