Another week, another top 4 clash. Who ya got?

IN: Nic Nat (hope he is back and in the right frame of mind to play. Can't name him until he feels ready to go), LeCras, Barrass (if McGovern still injured)

OUT: Lycett (omitted), Schofield (knee), Bennell (omitted)

I'd be pretty happy with those changes. Bennell was actually better than I expected but still should be first to go out of the backs. McGinnity to continue being super sub.

Sam Butler looked vulnerable so maybe dropped.
Think Bennell will get another week as he was good in the first when we moved the ball well.

Scott Lycett strained his pcl and played on, that is incredibly brave, so he will be out.
Schofield out for two weeks minimum with hamstring.

In
Barrass
Lecras
Nic Nat
maybe Ro Po from the rookie list for more height.

Yeah I don't think Bennell was bad. He's never going to accumulate much ball in a role where he's trying to negate small forwards. It's more a matter of numbers for him - Schofield to Barrass/Gov and Lycett to Nic Nat are obvious swaps, but LeCras needs to come in and someone needs to go out for him. I felt like a lot of our marginal inside-type mids played too well this week to lose their spots - those guys being Hutchings, Rosa and yes, McGinnity.

Dogs will be a challenge. They're young, really good, and move the ball quickly. They've been in blistering form lately so I'm glad that we should be getting a couple of our stars back.

In : Barrass, LeCras
Out: Schofield, Cripps if he's injured , Bennell if Cripps is fit
What are we going to do if Lycett is injured (?Simmo said he hurt his knee ??) and Nicnat is still unavailable ? Yeo to assist in the ruck again ?

Just let Sinclair ruck most of the game solo. Tom Campbell is thoroughly mediocre.

That being said, I hope that Nic Nat is able to come back because he will give us a massive advantage in the middle.

Who woulda thought after rnd 1 that the WCE/Dogs rematch would be a top 4 clash... Footy is a weird sport.
It's been said a few times but that match was better than a lot of people gave it credit for because both sides were expected to miss the eight.

Out- Lycett, Schoey* if he cant get up and McGinnity who can consider himself unlucky as he played well today.

I felt like round 1 was played like an elimination final. Never would have picked 2nd vs 4th though.

Out schofield ( hammy ) lycett (PCL) cripps ( jaw ) butler ( need another tall )
In barrass , natanui , Lecras lamb

Probably have to send Sinclair back so barrass isn't our only tall defender .
Lamb to play third tall forward
