I think one luxury we don't have is to leave Dale Morris out out of the team for too long. Billings or the like do not kick 4 goals on Morris.

Morris comes back in as an experienced head ... Webb was quiet, has played a few games and could get a rest/confidence booster back in the VFL. As much as I've been impressed by Hamling, he's also had a good run, had a okay-ish but not great and pretty quiet game against the Lions. Talia's a better pure defensive matchup for the Saints' forwards and although his VFL form has been okay and not brilliant I still think we're a better team specifically against the Saints with Talia's game instead of Hamling's. Crameri is also and older head who is a best 22 player who deserves to come back into the team into the team straight after an injury. Dale is the unlucky one to miss out in order to get a full game in the reserves.

Tried to fit Daniel in there somewhere as the sub but couldn't justify dropping anyone else. Hrovat maybe but he's the sub for this week because he had a quiet, but not terrible, game.

Depends on if Morris is even in the team! He just returned back from injury this week in the VFL, and played alright.

Played up forward in the VFL so he'll play along side Tommy Boyd in the 50. We expect him to be a 30 goal forward to finish off this year.

I wouldn't be making too many changes at all interesting Daniel talked about as having played well in the vfl did not see the game but he wasn't in the best players on the club website. If Crameri is right he comes in, I'd want to see Corfu string a few weeks together before being in line to play.

Crameri's too important to miss out. Dale's been great but nothing wrong with rotating him out for a couple of games. He'll be back in in no time. Had to be one of the draftees. Not McLean, was great against Brisbane and hasn't had the go the other two have. Could be Webb but he's a bit more important structurally.

Could take or leave this change, but it's worth a thought. Daniel deserves a go by now, and Hrovat's the logical one to make way for him as it's fairly like-for-like and he was the least solid against Brisbane. Having said that, I'm for giving Hrovat a long string of games to try and get into his best form, so I'd be happy either way here.

I don't think we'll see Morris just yet. I think he needs more practise & match fitness to slot in gently with form

Don't understand why everyone thinks Talia is not playing well. Seemed to be marking them well enough against Richmond. Kept McBean and McKenzie pretty quiet as well. Not sure what else everyone expects a FB to do.

I watched the VFL yesterday and Mark Austin comes in before Dale Morris does and that is not a negative comment despite
players past experience this new (Team Defence concept)
used by Bevo is working to great effect and is only found out
on the turnover.

Dale's shown potential this year but he hasn't done enough to warrant getting picked week in week out like Webb has or Mclean if he plays like he did last night.

Dale's stats this year; 12, 5 , 10, 9 and 4 touches

If theres experienced best 22 players fit they need to play, there's no need to get too cute with selection again.

Things are looking good on the injury front (provided Stringer pulls up OK) and after that performance we don't need to make any wholesale changes.

Great to see Cordy's name in the mix. He's been very good in the VFL. He would be a useful sub to come in and mix things up.
