I cringed a little at the Ziebell one, and thought it was going to be paid.

And you can imagine my horror 4 seconds later. At the time I was completely distraught, but you can't pin an entire game of football on one moment. There was still 7 minutes left. Yeah we may have snuck the lead with a free kick, but if anything, Vickery's miss probably robbed us of more momentum.

Cotchin got him high above the shoulders as Ziebell was trying to take off as he just collected the ball beforehand, then Ziebell tried to drop the knees to hold the ball up as he knew he wasn't getting out of there.

If you were a player in that situation and the decision was that obvious you would have stopped as well. Any way I'm sick of the commentary on this. Who knows if it would have changed the final outcome. But I don't understand how peeps are bringing up Ziebell dropping his legs as justification for the call.

Last year North beat all the top sides in H&A, as Richmond did this season. Exciting but doesn't prove a lot. Don't know if you realise, but you need to be able to actually beat teams in finals to win a flag. Soz.
