Commentators waffling on about that not being a penalty because of the distance and time from the shot, when his arms were in to his sides. So clueless and they are the experts?

At least you don't have to deal with this s**t Irish special comments guy who can't pronounce names right. Ricarlison instead of Richarlison

Hard fought win over a team in London, a rare sight for Everton.

Palace had everything to fight for in the second half but we warded them off well enough.

Certainly felt we were better in the 1st half.

Disappointing result but not the performance. Much better attacking threat than previous. Beaten by a "technical" VAR that wasn't a penalty last season. Probably shouldn't be this season either if the rule was written properly with some regard given to defenders.

Optus Sport blokes were saying that last one was a pen. It wasn't a pen either by last season's rules or this season's.

Lacklustre second half but held them off with no real clear chances. Palace’s pressure was great, amazing how they are motivated so well when their manager sits in his seat and looks like he could pass away at any moment.

Much improved Brighton next week in the league should be a good test

Brighton at home next. Should be a quality match. Playing Palace is always frustrating as they are really good defensively.

A makeshift back four at the moment with 3 of our starting back four injured. Never seem to have our best back four available together. Thought we deserved a point, Everton very good 1st half we were similar in the 2nd half.
