Can anyone remember when Farmer "accidently" changed Mick Doughty's eye socket?

Yes and I still hold a grudge.

I mean anyone whose ever played football knows that doesn't happen by accident. When your on the ground knees are pretty easy things to keep under control:rolleyes:

Still if we've learnt anything from the Headland debacle Fremantle players are pretty much free to do as they please:thumbsd:

Sorry I should have been a bit more specific. I was having a conversation with a Freo supporter who was trying to tell me that it was a teammate who kneed him. I was hoping someone could remember the year and roiund that it happened so I can suggest they go and get their information right

It was 2004 because I took a French Exchange student to the game. And it was at Footy Park which means:

It was Farmer all right and it was an animal act. Should have got 6 matches.

Freo will never experience success until they get rid of head cases like these two.

One of the dirtyest things I have seen on a football field. I don't know if was more surprised by Farmers actions or the lack of reaction from Doughty's teammates.

They probably didn't see much. We only got a good view of it on the big screen. I remember one bloke tried to jump the fence to fight the dirty little drunken ****er when he was dragged.

Yeah definitely was Farmer who took his fustrations of being towelled up for the game on Dogga - who was is career best form at the time.

I agree he should have got 6 games at it was a low act.

I still remember being amazed at the fact that he got off. It happened right near us (at the southern end), in a pack and you clearly see Farmer deliberately knee Doughty in the head.

He claimed it was accidently and he was trying to get leverage to push himself from the pack or something like that he argued and got off of it.
