Can't afford to have Henry and Kolodjashnij in the same team. It was clanger central in the backline tonight. So many times Geelong players ran into each other or spoiled each other in marking contests. I though I was watching Keystone Cops.

Clark has only just started. He'll be ok. Kolo has been in the system for years and hasn't improved under pressure. When Motlop fxxking out marks you in a one on one when you are 8cm taller and 10kg heavier its bloody embarrassing.

Henry just makes too many howlers. He has good moments too. But he needs to play within his limitations. When he starts to think he can play as a midfielder it's time someone tapped him on the shoulder....

O'Connor very very disappointing tonight.

Clark's no good either. Trust me. He's timid and worse than Miers under pressure. I don't care how many games he's played either.

I just don't know how much longer I can keep supporting this team. It's just not fun anymore. It's just gutting. I'm starting to hate the club, hate Chris Scott and footy in general. It shouldn't be like this, it should bring you more joy than pain. I just want to stop watching this team and forget they ever existed. It's just bloody heartbreaking.

Blitz battled hard but no impact
Dalhaus Not up too standard and would look to trade
Dangerfield few good things but needs to stand up in finals more
Duncan good game but some of the ball use was off
Guthrie battled hard
Hawkins useless when it matters got good position then goal kicking leaves him
Henderson really good at the back
Henry not up too standard
Kolo does as many good stops and bad kicks and his errors hurt
Miers looked lost was probably WOG
Menegola looked overawed by the occasion
oconnor hardly sighted all game
Parfitt lost in the game after solid 1st q
Rohan shocker no real pressure on defenders couldnt take a mark
Selwood good 1st half but tagged in 2nd half out of the game
Stanley looked good early but needs to do more
Stewart looks out of form since his collarbone did some nice things but needs to get the ball more
Taylor lucky dixon is such a spud legs gone

30 seconds into his presser and Scotts already pissing me off.

Remains to be seen. He may come good and be a great pick for Geelong.
Little evidence to suggest it so far. Just looks raw.

He's shown plenty of little bursts. Has struggled a little in the second half of the year but he's clearly going to be a better footballer. He's arguably already better than Henry ALREADY and Kolo's bar isn't particularly high. I would think Clark is easily best 22 if he gets a run at it without injury.

Every year it is the same.

- Midfielders sh*t the bed, get very little heat from the masses for it.
- Knock on effect that the defence is under much more pressure, get pilloried by the masses for it.
- Nuffies blame the coach for player skill errors.

Tonight starts and ends with them Selwood gave his all. Duncan got a bit of the footy but was poor, Guthrie and Menegola were down on the season. Dangerfield tried but didn't have a massive impact. Parfitt was putrid.

As a result guys like Dahlhaus, Miers, Atkins, Ablett are starved for supply. Hawkins has an off night and it is all she wrote.
Not being able to handle the heat in the middle causes the problems down back, those guys get slammed and the midfield repeatedly in finals get off lightly.

If we take our chances in the first half we have a decent lead and the talk isn't about this being the coach's fault. Miss easy shots on goal and it is somehow all on him. Utter nonsense.

Parfitt was among our best.

I agree. All horses for courses I reckon.

Play collingwood and maybe we need to drop Taylor for team balance.

Play WCE and I think Taylor needs to play. He was OK tonight. He didn't need cost us any goals tonight.
