Seemed that Richmond also held their structures better - there forwards didn't get sucked up the ground as much as our defenders did and that meant on a turn over, if we couldn't lock things up quickly & they got to the ball over the top, we couldn't stop them. Our defenders were playing catch up to their forwards.c.
plus d- players ran out of legs and composure when the FRESHER Tigers exerted their true pressure game
During the second half it also felt like they had 2 players ready to pressure our guys and on a turn over they then had like half-a-dozen free options.
I'm not sure where our players were at times because it seemed we struggled for open options ahead of the ball but then lack of players behind the ball on a turnover.
It's just super frustrating because we had all the running in the first half, failed to really break the game open and then couldn't maintain our pressure & composure in the second half
