If ever there was a danger game...

We are near the top, they have been renamed the Owen Crows.... Oh-and-12 that is.

So naturally, we have 5 changes and whilst many are forced, we are not a settled 22 going into the game.

The ins are good, the outs will be missed.

But its a danger game. We have been anything but ruthless over the last few years - effective absolutely but not ruthless.

I just want to get the 4 points, play hard, direct at the ball footy, and get away with no injuries. If they respect the Crows as proper opposition and not a forgone conclusion, then we are good.

Take it easy and we'll get rolled.

Lets get them Owen 13

Go Catters

this is not a danger game. We will win comfortably.

All comes down to the attitude and mind-set we take into the game IMO. If we're as focused as we have been the last few games we should do this easy. If we come out complacent and just expecting it to happen, we might come unstuck.

Just need to look at yesterday's Port-Hawks game. On paper, Port should've won that by 10+ goals, but they only just snuck home.

We need to get a strong start and take the crowd out of it early.

Sav needs the work poured into him. Play him non stop
Just like Kersten 2016 played him, played him and he gave us less and less and finaly dropped him rd 23 on the eve of finals never to be seen again. We need a plan B for Sav this year but we don't look like getting it, the die has been cast I expect it's now sink or swim again.

The presence, or absence, of complacency will determine the result.

Putting it out there that if we get rolled by the Crows today Scotty should hand in his resignation straight away, Crows havent even been close to anyone so we should be winning by 10 goals plus if we are serious.

Well he must be doing something that the club love or he would not be playing

Got a feeling he's in the side as a defensive forward to man up on the opposition's "quarterback" off half back and prevent them from waltzing out from their defensive 50. If he impacts the game offensively, it's a bonus.

We'll see what our mindset is this year. If we come out breathing fire and blow the Crows away we're in this premiership right up to our eyeballs. If we come out with the mentality we'll win easy then ...

With a 9 day break there's no excuses not to win this by 40+. The Crows are a disaster on and off the field.

If we blast them, all well and good. But I will honestly be happy with four points and no injuries. We are doing well for percentage so don’t need this to boost it.
