I did laugh when in the second quarter they said he hard lined the ball that Bruhn & he went for in the middle

He didn't hardline anything - he stood there while Bruhn went for the ball but rather than putting his body into it, he tried to tap it on which Narkle collected

The way the commentators spoke though you'd be forgiven for thinking Narkle ran through Hawkins to win the ball

Thought the same.
If narkle had have bodied the ball he wouldn't have gotten it, it ended in his hands BECAUSE he stood off and Bruhn fumbled the get.

Sure we can complain - about the side not delivering nearly close to its potential this season. Even accounting for when we've had a big injury list. Too many '22 premiership stars simply down on form when they are out there.

It comes down to pressure and want. We just don’t want it bad enough. Port upped the pressure and we went lazy. Jogging, lazy ‘tackles’. No chase.

If he had pinned both arms & SPP broke free, then I'd be more inclined to lay into Guth, but what pissed me off more in that play was Bowes standing there watching on
