Has the tribunal become unpredictable and/or inconsistent?

In 2008 and so far this year, I honestly have no idea what suspensions may be given out for certain acts.

In my opinion, it has become far too unpredictable (acts could get anything from 0 to say a relatively high number of weeks), and inconsistent (how many times have you seen a player go for x weeks, where as another player got off or went for less, after doing a similar thing?).

I'm interested in your opinion.

From 2008 onwards, has the tribunal become too inconsistent, such that it is generally now unpredictable?

Over to you.

edit: and no this isn't a whinge based on my team's 4 reports this year, as in hindsight, I think fair enough on most of them. This thread comes as a result of reading thread after thread, week after week, regarding suspensions.

Hasn't become more unpredictable. It's always been that way.

Could not believe McPharlin got off. So much for "Protect the head" mantra from the start of the year.
