double masking ever since nancy baxter suggested non-N95 (and related) masks had little effect on omicron ..... will continue to do it for the foreseeable future to ..... to those who think its an over-reaction - bite me

We’re in the third year of the pandemic, surely we’re past the point of “im gonna stick it up that person by wearing a mask”..

I doubt anyone cares if someone else is wearing them. It is now a personal choice.
Some will do it because they are immunocompromised or have family that are, others will feel it is a sensible precaution

We can do the freedumb bill in the appropriate thread, that’s fair.
You are of course free to advocate for unvaccinated leaners. Just don’t expect me or many other to give a sh*t. We leave that up to government decision. If government changes its mind on this it does.

But I hated antivaxxers before covid made it cool. Wakefield must die. Only way he could redeem himself would be if he killed Putin which obviously won’t occur.
Ok then.

Firstly

Whether you like it or not, it’s an entirely relevant question to raise, because, assuming Dan’s latest COVID amendments didn't formally derogate Vic Charter of Human Rights applicability, a Public Authority has the burden of demonstrably justifying limitations on rights/freedoms as being reasonably necessary. His government’s most recent easing of restrictions suggest that existing limitations on those who remain unvaccinated might no longer be reasonable. Nonetheless the burden is on your beloved State ALP.

Secondly

Some of those unvaccinated members of the Victorian community who you've just referred to as “parasites”, or those of faith you've previously referred to as "religious scum", might read the derogatory public comments you've repeatedly written about the community group/s to which they may lawfully identify.

You haven't hesitated to repeatedly make it known you're a doctor in the public hospital system.

Do you understand that your public comments can affect public trust and confidence in the medical profession and or the public hospital system?
Read your national code of conduct especially the social media guidelines for medical practitioners?

Ease up a bit,

Ok then.

Ease up a bit,
No intent to ease up.
I see it as public health duty to pressure people into vaccination when they have been deluded by the rabbit holes
And as long as government persists with mandates I support the mandates.
I do not need to give a toss about human rights I already have to **** those over with the way we have to treat immigration detainees.
I believe I referred to religious scum in contexts where they seek to use their religion as the ability to discriminate and not have their beliefs challenged. Religion is of no more value than an opinion.

As for the RD Bill, I’ve read some if your posts and it’s clear you had no forking idea what you were on about. It also obviously went over your head that ALP proposed an amendment during those lower house debates proposing an Anti Religious Vilification mechanism; which I posted that I preferred.

Whether you like it or not, it’s likely an anti-religious vilification provision will come into effect regardless of who wins government.

Ease up a bit,
So saying get vaccinated is damaging to trust in public health now is it?

Is it just this vaccine or all of them?

Is it just because I don't want to isn't a medical excuse and that upsets you?

Tell the ****ers marching on the streets during the lockdown, spitting on people in scrubs and shutting down vaccine centers for homeless people to ease up maybe

lets move it to the right thread please
and yes its true i don't not read every bit of the proposed bill, it was promoted as "lets allow written speech like what Israel Folau post be OK without any consequences even if he has signed it as part of his employment contract". What he posted is aggressive religious shit; and has no specific value worth protecting from comment against it.

no he doesn't like me being an angry campaigner. That's a fair enough comment about me.

He doesn't like other people getting to be angry is my read
Like how the freedumbs think they don't have to do what the cops say but they should be able to get the cops to arrest others for them

you honestly think thats my motivation? .... good lawd - read my post again

“double masking ever since nancy baxter suggested non-N95 (and related) masks had little effect on omicron”..

So not only are you double masking because you don’t like Nancy Baxter, you’re letting people know about it too 🤣.

We’re in the third year of the pandemic and people are still worried about what others are thinking re mask wearing. 🤣
Good Christ. It’s a badge of honour for some.

Well the antimask ****s keep posting their opinions everywhere and people have been punched on the street by some of them so yeah
Oh and you keep ****ing posting about it as well so yeah doubt you don't care

Oh pi* off Gralin. God I wish you could be muted.
I wish you'd find something else to do than make fun of people who are concerned about their own health but here we are

My read is that he thinks I need to be more "professional" in how I come across.
I disagree that I have put the medical profession into disrepute but I don't object to him (or anyone else) from asking the question of the AMA or AHPRA to see if my views are just "fair perspective" or sanctionable.
Which is interesting that he wants religious freedom to say whatever random belief they (the religious) can stretch, but a science based person "nope we can't have that because standards!"

If we're talking about bringing the medical profession into disrepute your comments re anti-vaxxxers are consistent throughout the medical community. Dr Hobart from Sunshine North well his AHPRA suspension says it all.
