Melbourne - House Targaryen - used to be important
North - the Starks - relevant for a while - now scattered and not significant, have a soft spot for them
Port - men of the Iron Islands - from out west, tough as old boots, disappear for long periods at a time
Richmond - the Tyrells - a lot of support but a bit soft, think they are more important than they really are
St Kilda - the people from Dorne - they just fight and *
Sydney - the Boltons - ever since Roos(e) took over they have been coldly flaying everyone
West Coast - Littlefinger - always able to find more gold.
Western Bulldogs - Hodor - they could use him at full forward

Not bad except Jon Snow at Adelaide could be off the mark considering he will be disclosed as a Targaryen in season 7 after the Red witch resurrects him and he is the key to the whole thing. I'll put Jon Snow at the Hawks, he's been stabbed a few times, but he'll come back.
I'll place Daenery's at Fremantle, the threat from the other side of the world with Fyfe being (Drogon)
Essendon may very well have a scheming Cersai in their midst's, but i reckon Littlefinger has been doing some shifty business up there.
