I was under the impression the Clarko pulled Willo's head in already and later relayed that to the press straight after the game. Moving on, Willo later admitted it wasn't the right thing to do.

That being said, it's interesting to see all the Port supporters still getting so worked up over this. Is there a message? Port stopped when the pressure started against Geelong this year, and have crapped themselves despite holding big leads against Brisbane and Hawthorn. The almost did it again against West Coast too. Seems Port struugle when the pressure is on.

Willo lead the coleman until a dodgey knee undid him about 4 rounds out from the end of the season. He lead our goal kicking for two years straight, and was a horror match up that drew multiple defenders when we were seriously lacking in the forward department.

Lets not forget he - like bradshaw - missed most of last year with a knee. He comes back now in a vastly improved forward line and suddenly hes a dud lol.

Most of us aren't. We agree with our coach that this is not how we play footy at Hawthorn.
Of course, this is BF and you will always get the spectrum of opinion. Personally, I think being told this is a quick way to the front (or back) door is a bit harsh, but I've always preferred the tough coach to the buddy coach (J Kennedy vs. G Thomas).
Clarkson will not tolerate any crap and since the 2001 season, most of us appreciate that approach.

I'm not saying its the end of the world... Just curious as to why there is a big debate over this... Seems pretty cut and dry...

Yes Ben did get pulled over by the cops, no charges were laid... Yes he has a slogan on his chest.. again no offence there... Anyway I'm not going to even try and justify Ben's behaviour as he has committed many other offences.. there is no argument as the facts just like the facts in this case are plain and clear..

Interesting point bringing up West Coast though, I wonder what the outcome would have been if a West Coast player did this... I think the coaching staff and leadership group would have to suspend him for at least a week...
