In all seriousness, I do not understand why other clubs are offering him multi-year deals. A midfielder who has averaged 13.3 disposals per game over 9 seasons. Has no hurt factor, doesn't win much contested ball (volume or ratio), is mediocre defensively, doesn't have any further upside. What is the point?

Has hurt factor when he finds space, solid defensively, excellent at blocking around stoppages. He just doesn't get the ball enough.
