I can't say I've seen a lot from him yet to suggest he's worth going after, especially with a first rounder. Just take our top 5 pick (assuming we're bottom 5) to the draft.

2012 was the last time they were truly s**t.

2015-19 and 2022 they were just mediocre.

all that matters these days is midfield and half back. you can get by with some ordinary names at either end, but if you have a multi faceted midfield with 2-3 real good players with different strengths you should be contending. it's where we have let ourselves down badly
