'They're all there' is a nothing statement. It says no more than that they didn't completely invent frees. Most decisions that are made are line ball / could go either way, and there are hundreds of incidents per game that could get called and 'be there'.

Just because you can say that a ridiculously lop sided count involved actual frees doesn't mean the game should be umpired that way.
