Honest question, how far do you think a full pace stride is? Hint, not 1m. Sub 10s sprinters do it in about 45, Usain Bolt 41-42.

No idea TBH, but to the naked eye they didn't look like almost 2m strides (where as Bolt's did), so like I said I found it impressive (or good)

Yeah the whole 15 steps thing, especially with a player as quick as Rankine is nonsense.

Bolt’s average across a 100m is nearly 2.5m with some at 2.8m ish. Yes he’s taller but you’ve gotta think Izak is doing at least 60% of that (14 steps at 1.5m is 21m)
