North greats talking to the team about finals

This article is mostly about Luke, but I love that these guys came to talk with the whole team this week. Nice for Fruity to come back - obviously no hard feelings on either side about him moving on.

The Roos were addressed by icons Glenn Archer, David King, Craig Sholl, Mick Martyn and Brett Allison on Monday and McDonald said he stayed back to gauge one-on-one advice on how to approach September.

The reflection on his first game and what happened with Chapman brings an interesting point that's a double positive for us: Both are now older than they were in round 1.

We definitely need players like him that don't go into their shell when things aren't going well. Noticed in a few games this year when he's tried to take the game on with an attacking kick forward rather than take the easy option of the short backward chip kick. Could do with a couple more of him.
