Bring in Willits for Boak.

Tell Willits that if he takes out Cox, Cousins and Glass any way he can he will be guaranteed a two year contract, regardless of the suspensions.

With his good record, he'll only get a week. Free to play in the Prelim then :D

Definitely a tough game for us against Port but I don't mind being the underdog. Port will be really confident after the pasting you gave us earlier in the year. But did a well undermanned Freo expose something on the weekend? I'm sure the coaches on both sides noticed it! Either way, let's hope for a cracker of a game and not a blow out! Best of luck to you and may the best team win!

Thanks Makka and the same to you. Now I'm confused, just who is the underdog?

You guys always play well against us. Even if we had of played at Subiaco you guys probably would of been the underdogs but always play well at that ground too. As was mentioned before, you match up well on us. Plus, with us limping with injuries most of the year and being without Kerr and a half baked Judd you definitely have the upper hand no doubt. So in that regard we are definitely the underdogs and I can't see many giving us a chance. But, that can always be a good thing too. Port can't afford to be complacent like in 2003! I'd say the same happened against Freo on saturday night too. I expect the first quarter to be very fast paced!

And your point is??? Think you will find most clubs are having some kind of function in Melbourne around the GF. Or doesn't Ports budget stretch to that? :)

Why are you asking what my point is? You understood me perfectly well.

Any of Hunter, B Jones, Waters, Chick OR Glass to put a fair bump on Motlop's and Ebert's shoulders. Both are hanging on by sticky plaster.

Glass to show young Westhoff what finals preasure is all about. Hunter to run off Tredrea and kick 4.

Nickoski tags S Burgeon, Steiglien tags Chad Cornes and Chick/Braun tag P Burgeon. These three Port players are the engine room for Port.

The rest its every man for himself.

Lets hope for a close game with no more injuries.:o

They're a strange lot. As i was leaving the stadium i walked past a guy decked out head to toe in his Crows gear, with his Crow season ticket hanging on a lanyard around his neck. Why?

I can understand going to see teams other than your own and wearing your gear, but really, why wear your season ticket??? It's not as if he needed it for his reserved seat past last weekend.

I guess it was like all those 50+ year olds that volunteered at the Sydney Olympics, I'd see them for months after on trains and stuff decked out in their volunteer suit with their goddam lanyards..... Wouldn't you think they had somewhere normal to put their train tickets??

Good Luck this week boys. Great season.

I am backing Port for the Flag so dont let me down, and if ya cant get that done at least knock off WCE and Geelong. :thumbsu:

I dont get it either...two rows behnind me there is lady wearing her Port gear every week to Crows games....Every week I walk past and wonder, why??? She does'nt yell anything or barely makes a sound.

She pays 230odd bucks to sit there, she must enjoy the show.....

perhaps her daughter/son/husband or partner barracks for your mob. it would make sense if you had a child say aged under 13 to go with them... although i'm not sure why anyone would go to the footy in a teams colours that aren't playing. but then again you often see a few people in the crowd at big games in melbourne eg collingwood vs essendon are playing etc. wearing a different afl team jumper to the two teams playing.

funny thing is that when i used to sit in the outer (anchor tickets) a few years ago, there was a guy who went to every port home game, but when we played brisbane & one other afl side (can't remember which club offhand) he came decked out in their full colours - footy jumper, beanie, scarf etc.

Looking at this game from a punting point of view Port get all the ticks. Its the Eagles who have to get the match ups right and not the other way round.
Port have the players who have to be stopped.

Brogan is important as with him Port clearly win the ruck and there fore Ports on ballers get first use [ any update on him would be appreciated ].

The only concern is this concentration lapse you guys are having.
