I say one thing I'm liking. Primis has not been scared to make changes. Not just at the selection table but on field. Every to middle as an example.

In the past we just play the same playbook.

Same moves = same results !! Make changes and give the guys a chance to show something new and you sometimes get new results

Great stuff. Hopefully we can hold on. Have a feeling the Crows have one last big push left in them. We need to kill them off quickly

Our best quarter of the year, built on the back of work rate and run.

Just about all played well, but the forward line and midfield pressure held up very well and the defenders showed us that when given support, they can actually defend as a group very well.

Full marks on that occasion to the coaches for stacking the forward line with hard tackling, intense smalls. The work of Surjan and Rodan was excellent, while Chad and Westhoff provided the taller bodies.

Boak and Thomas were very good in the middle. Hartlett got more of it, but butchered the ball a bit too much and was not great defensively. Gray showed snippets of class and the half back line were able to push up and keep repelling attacks. Great quarters from the Grew, Chappy and Carlile.

This last quarter will be about whether Brogan and Trengove can maintain their competitive edge in the ruck and whether we have enough run in our midfield group to keep the Crows under pressure.

O'Shea did a good job on Vince - still creates too many mistakes by foot, but that was countered by a pivotal goal that started our run.

I've loved the run of Pittard and the other defenders across the board. Much better spread also.
