I watch the canaries because my wife barracks for them and I’ll watch any game really , they had something going last year , hard run out of the backline but now they’re one dimensional in the backline , one dimensional in the midfield, they try and play Rachelle and Rankine higher up because they’re classy but that leaves the goalsneaks to be Murphy , MeHenry , Soligo more one dimension. Obriens good but he’s bumbling , he doesn’t give them fast play .
Tex is looking old or injured or both . He’s alright when he’s got the ball or use his smarts in a marking contest , but if it’s a fair contest with a decent defender like tonight ( that Pearce is not a bad player )
P.S . Don’t know if we’d really want Borlase as much as the fairy tale would be nice , he doesn’t show much run or agility
