Tasmania should replace North next season they simply can't be worse
Everyone so hard on North.

But credit where credit is due.

The Tasmanian govt paying North to play home games in Hobart is what made everyone in Tasmania finally realise that they had to go all out to build a stadium to get their own team, or face yet more years of those pretenders playing home games in their capital city.

So well done North.

Job done they should now just fold and f-off. And maybe let Arden Street become the Victorian base for the Tasmanian Devils in the reserves comp.

Anyone know how much money Nrf are set to lose through sponsorships? Surely the Spirit of Tasmania will cease to be premier sponsor, and by the looks they have a few other tassy based sponsors, who surely will pull out of norf and go to the tassie team?

Likewise with the Hawks... main sponsor is Tasmania.

Not including the stadium deals they have for playing in Tasmania with the government, not sure on their financials, but could this be the end of North financially?

The AFL gave them picks to go get Reid anyway and they used them on Zac Fisher and Dylan Stephens
It’s going to be the biggest “what if” of the next 10-15 years….

What if Norf weren’t so incompetent that they kept JHF and drafted Reid.

Their whole organisation should be ashamed they messed that up.

They're in a doom spiral since even if they do get good players they're 50/50 to leave due to the club being a binfire.

Going into the 2025 season they should have had the last 4 first draft picks on their list.

2021 - JHF
2022 - Cadman (but I’m not convinced they would have picked him)
2023 - Reid (we will never know if or what they offered WC, but they had all the picks to do it)
2024 - can’t see them not getting pick 1

North Melbourne will be champions in
Twenty Fifty Three

(just you wait and see)

Seriously though, I believe it starts with something like:

Out we come, out we come
Out we come to play
Just for entertainment's sake
To pass the time of day

So yep, just for the lols

Yep
Here's the full song:

Join in the chorus
And sing it one and all
Join in the chorus
We never touch the ball
Our club is lacking
In champions you'll agree
North Melbourne won't be champions
Till 2053.

How the hell did Richmond beat Sydney???
Our mail is there, and the source is pretty good, there was a bug going through the squad and hit a fair few of them. Horse won't trot that one out because that's not how he rolls.

Horse won't trot that one out.....
Haha very good.

Fair enough. But Richmond in Rd 4 didnt have 16 players out like last night plus pick up a couple injuries during the game that saw them lose by 15 goals .

Lynch, Tarranto, Balta, Ross, and McIntosh played against the swans which would have produced a lot different effort was delivered in Rd 4 compared to last night.

Lynch playing for the Tigers even at this stage of his career makes a huge difference to them.
