Could explain his below par performance last week. Certainly down on the first 2 rounds.

If hes been carrying it, no point playing him on a short turnaround.

62% TOG last week, I questioned why and now I know. Why take him into the game if he can't run out his minutes, it was North Melbourne at home FFS. Give a fit kid that's in form a go.

Didn't Nankervis played forward in the SANFL so he is a replacement for Rachele. Murphy is the experience replacement for and an experience Crouch and will play midfield.

What’s the issue? Murphy had a very good SANFL game, Pedlar didn’t. When Draper came on he went to take Rachele’s forward role. We’re looking for a forward replacement for Rachele, and Pedlar is realistically the only other option. Pedlar is long long past being given ‘senior minutes’ to prove himself, I just don’t think he’s up to standard. Cook is maybe the other one and was a dogs breakfast against probably the worst SANFL team going round.

I really don’t know why people are scratching their heads, Murphy played himself into selection.

Anybody that actually watched the SANFL game shouldn't be that surprised honestly, Pedlar's disposal was scattergun and that's being kind.. The eyes don't lie. Bearing in mind only 7 of his 17 disposals were kicks, god knows what his Kicking efficiency would have been.
