Adore de Boer and LOVE his tackle. He must stay in and hope Mzungai and Crozier can replace Pav and Walters if they don't come up.

Lyon: They've cleared their tests, but it's really about how they feel - on Pavlich and Walters #foreverfreo

Lyon said both had passed concussion tests earlier in the week but could not guarantee either would play on Saturday night at Domain Stadium.

"Not definitively," Lyon said.

"They've cleared all their tests but it's going to be up to the individual, how they feel, if they're symptom-free. This is our first real training session so we won't know.

"They'll train. Matthew will partially train I would think. Michael is further advanced. I'm optimistic on both, but no guarantee on either."

Lyon said he would leave the decision in the hands of his players and the club's medical staff.

"I don't get involved," Lyon said.

"Our doctors make all the calls on all injuries. As long as they're symptom-free they're available to play.

"But then it really comes up to the individual as well.

"If there was any concern whatsoever it wouldn't even be a discussion, but clearly there are no concerns as we speak now.

Gut feeling says Pav won't play.
I hope I am wrong. But If it plays out that way we might get to see the Gu

I think Pav may sit out and Walters play

My reasoning for this is that he looked pretty pissed off and down after the game and then came out in the media saying there is more to life than football. He has this year and maybe 1 more left. He has has a new baby and almost completed a degree. After a couple of head knocks in as many weeks you can't say the johnno brown situation and his future has not crossed his mind

Then Ross in his presser saying it's up to the players whether they feel like playing

My call is that Pav will sit himself out just to be sure with Croz to come in

That's my thoughts

That's odd. I get the impression that even if the club wanted Pav to sit out a game voluntarily, it would take two D9s to drag him off the park.
