Round 1 Barrels Award:

We're starting the Season off with an easy one, as winner of the Fatty Lumpkin medal for best poster in last weeks match thread, the winner of the first Barrels award for S32 is jackster83 !!

Congratulations !! You don't have to drink it now, we're suggesting about 45 minutes before kick off in our next game !! Well done on being a deserving winner of the award for this week....

Round 2 Barrels Award:

Round 2 brought us Gumbies, and lots of Gumbies....

There were ranting, incoherent with rage Gumbies (aka beez ), there were captaining Gumbies (Barrybran ), there were weird and unusual Gumbies (StFly ) and then there were other Gumbies who got nominated for the Barrels award.

In the end, it came down to three - Riviat , omgfridge and GWS Goose - with the latter, by the barest of margins taking the win.

Congratulations GWS Goose , this is well deserved.

Round 3 Barrels Award: (in a predictably pointless attempt to catch up to things)

A wonderful week was had in Round 3, with Roys amazed and aghast in wonderment at the quality of the opposition (whose name I have currently forgotten) posting. A look of bewilderment and wonder came across the faces of the Roys as voting commenced for the Round 3 Barrels award.

Unsurprisingly a large pool of wonderful candidates was assembled, including wonderous posters such as: Brenton Davy , croweater 41 , Elmer_Judd and Barrels (that guy gets votes everywhere !!)

But after lots of internal discussions, the winner of the Barrels award for Round 3 was deemed to be Brenton Davy !!

Congratulations to you !! May you enjoy your winnings at the appropriate time and place - we typically recommend just before our next match !!

Round 4 Barrels Award:

Round 4 brought Feveral Furious Furies to visit us - and after a fun and entertaining match thread, followed by a fun and entertaining kicking of their arses - the Roys sat down to discuss the oppositions posting.

While there was much to discuss (unlike certain weeks we won't name or mention), the key outcome from the discussions were.... I forget...

But importantly, it was recognised that it was essential to mention.... I forget that too....

However, one thing we did agree on was....



that Elton Johns Wig was the winner of the Round 4 Barrels award for best opposition poster....
