The point is that it being a club doctor introduces a conflict of interest that an independent doctor doesn't have.

The same argument is made all the time about umpires, that subconscious biases are causing bad calls then they say "How dare you question our unbiased umpire".... They (decision makers) can't gaslight us one way for the independence of umpires then gaslight us the other about Drs.There is too much preasure to win games on the clubs. Club based staff making calls to sub out players places an unfair burden. Should 100% be independent.

That's the 64 thousand dollar question. And we (fans) shouldn't have to ask that of our clubs.
And someone needs to tell Rucci stop the line "a scat5 clears you of concussion". His sycophantic line is misleading the supporters who listen to him. It either is demonstrating a clear misunderstanding of the protocol or is being deliberately mischievous and speading misinformation.

Nah - don’t loose draft picks for incompetence and a b grade coaching/fitness crew.
Draft pick sanctions are given for clubs that try and cheat - like the crows.

With the soft cap you get taxed a dollar for every dollar you spend over it and that money gets redistributed.
We can fix the soft cap by getting rid of the biggest drain on it which is Ken Hinkley.So even less money to spend on quality replacements for those that need to not be renewed.
100,000 fine. Prob footy wise could have been draft picks. Hope the whole footy industry takes note. Guilty as a club and v disappointing.
