14th team
Remove a team
Merge 2
Dock the OOB some points
Reduce squad sizes
2-4 day match threads
Change to the finals structure

Oh it's very much like that. Though, I'd prefer them posting than clogging up prime positions on some squads and going AWOL for 3 out of every 4 weeks like many do.
