Re: Perrie And Welsh You Know Where The Door Is, Hope It Doesnt Hit You On The Arse On The Way Out

That is the end for those two duds, useless useless useless:thumbsdown::mad:

Gill in next week thanks very much:thumbsu:

Marty, I love Perrie, not a Welsh fan.... first time ever I agree with you. Enough is enough. Coaching, selections in the past fortnight - win or lose today has been unacceptable. Bring some new blood in.

Re: Perrie And Welsh You Know Where The Door Is, Hope It Doesnt Hit You On The Arse On The Way Out

I said it in the other thread, our pathetic forward line is ruining our football team, the midfield looks ordinary because they can't move the ball forward with any confidence.

I don't care if Sellar/Gill aren't ready, Welsh & Perrie aren't up to it and I'm sick of seeing them in the side every week, regardless of how poorly they perform.

Mattner gets played out of position, tries hard, struggles badly, yet gets dropped.

Welsh/Perrie get played in their preferred positions, Perrie tries hard (Welsh when he feels like it), struggle badly, yet they somehow avoid getting dropped.

Dont worry Maccas, Craigy will be ruthless in his punishment of underperforming players this week.

OUT: Mattner
IN: Jericho.

Yeah I can see that comming for sure:mad:

Re: Perrie And Welsh You Know Where The Door Is, Hope It Doesnt Hit You On The Arse On The Way Out

We don't have enough fit players on our list to replace this weeks underperformers.

Apparently, Jericho kicked 2.1 for Norwood. Surely it's his turn again by now?

Re: Perrie And Welsh You Know Where The Door Is, Hope It Doesnt Hit You On The Arse On The Way Out

What's more important, workrate or results?
Gonna be one of them gone , Mr Crow.
YOU choose :rolleyes::rolleyes:

Re: Perrie And Welsh You Know Where The Door Is, Hope It Doesnt Hit You On The Arse On The Way Out

Quoting Yoda: "Do or do not, there is no try" - aptly applies to the players mention. Just for once DO. Sick of the apologists saying, 'Oh, he tries" --- "Oh, look at the second efforts".

Re: Perrie And Welsh You Know Where The Door Is, Hope It Doesnt Hit You On The Arse On The Way Out

They may not be good enough most of the time but Perrie gives his all. I feel sorry for him because its not like he is going to say to the coach "Dont choose me for the team". That isnt his responsiblity. He plays because he is chosen and then he cops it from us lot because he is not good enough.

Hayden Skipworth tried his best too.

Also we dont have any decent forwards and this has been a problem for so long now that to be honest I am beyond frustration.

Mediocity cannot be accepted. Trying is not enough. You have to be able to play the game. Sadly if you cannpt hit the target from 15m away you cannot play. And it nearly happens every game he plays.

Jericho copped it today big time from the Norwood fans. He was completely useless for the first 3 quarters his work ethic and effort was worse than ever. I heard a ton of Norwood fans getting stuck into him for not putting his body on the line and not picking the right option.

He kicked 2 goals in the last 15 minutes. One from a brilliant passage of play by Campbell and the other was 10 metres out thanks to Wonaemirri who tackled his opponent and the ball spilt loose to Jericho.

He was terrible.

Re: Perrie And Welsh You Know Where The Door Is, Hope It Doesnt Hit You On The Arse On The Way Out

Thats my point. He cant help it if he is chosen to play.

Re: Perrie And Welsh You Know Where The Door Is, Hope It Doesnt Hit You On The Arse On The Way Out

Play the kids. We won't be playing finals footy, bar some sort of miracle.

If we lose every game from here on in, then so be it. Then we have better picks to trade for Pavlich :p

Junk time goals in other words, that dud can stay at Norwood:thumbsdown:

Will we Have the GUTS to Wield the Axe?

Didn’t see the game today but another poor loss at home to a team with very little chance of making the finals.

I am sick of mediocrity in our team, sick of playing guys with no chance of taking this club into the future. Guys like Doughty, Shirley, Perrie, McGregor, Welsh ect are all giving this team very little and it’s time we wielded the axe.

Will Neil Craig have the guts to wield the axe and make the changes that HAVE to be made for this team to move forward?

Agree with your sentiments Drum.

But we cannot put all of the players in at once.

We should have been doing this gradually throughout the year.

Re: Will we Have the GUTS to Wield the Axe?

I am serious, if the changes come out on Thursday and we see no or a measly one change I will lose any faith I had in our coaching staff.

Meesen is ready for AFL football and he’s now performing well in the forward line. He's kicked 6 goals in 2 weeks, as well as having 30 hit-outs. Campbell was recruited as a ready made player and he’s now played 3 consecutive games where he’s been in the best 3 players. Shirley had a whopping 7 possessions today, Doughty had a gigantic 15 and maybe a third would’ve been effective. Time to go guys.

Didn't see the game? But still are able to pass judgement on how we played, and those 5 players in particular performed???

INCREDIBLE

Name the 5 players we should bring in for them next week sunshine and how much better they will be?

Yes, I missed the game today, the first time I haven't seen a Crows game in years, and therefore I have no right to pass judgement on guys I've seen week in, week out for years. Get real.

I'm not saying we should drop 5 players in the one week, but slowly ease them out and bring in youngsters who have bright careers ahead of them.

I see you would be taking the soft option at the selection table this week. Conservative much?
