No matter what your individual political persuasion or ideological mindset, the below is worth watching and contemplating if you have any genuine interest in global security issues and or the immediate world economic plays in action! It is lengthy (by today's short grab standards:rolleyes: ) but worth setting aside 1 hour if you have genuine interest/care. Always seek to understand first!

Yes the coming war that was created by populists who are destroying the multilateral frameworks that were in large part designed to stop wars.

China stealing ip under a mulitlateral world where western liberals design the rules of the game would ultimately have been of mutual benefit to everyone.

China stealing ip under a bilateral world will lead to war. The bannons and trumps of this world are the ones bringing war even though they are too stupid to realise it.

War what/who is it good for?

Global spend on weapons and military increased to $1.7 trillion in 2017, arms watchdog says. Global military spending rose to $1.7 trillion last year, an increase of 1.1 per cent on 2016, according to an arms watchdog.

The military industrial complex, war isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

LOL; The UN multilateral machine people like yourself actually believe achieved anything as portrayed to the uneducated publico_O
Tell you what, without even getting into specifics, how about you have a quick scroll through the following list of wars since the UN formed in 1945 to stop "All Wars" and then actually start counting up causalities! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_wars:_1945–1989
In case you're not up for the whole list here's a few reminders:

Indo china war-French 500000 dead
Greek Civil War-Greece Russia UK USA (UN members) one of the first UN efforts to Stop Wars:rolleyes:- 200000 dead
Korean War- UN specific support 5000000 dead
Algerian War-French (UN member) 1500000 dead
Vietnam War- (UN Members) 4000000 dead
Congo Wars- beginning with Belgium withdrawal and UN specific support, over 6000000 dead
Papua War- beginning with Dutch (UN member) withdrawal- 500000 dead
Nigerian civil war- beginning after British (UN member) withdrawal 3000000 dead
Bangladesh War- Pakistan (UN member) 3000000 dead
Afghanistan- Enough said re protagonists UN members 4000000 dead
Iran&Iraq- Again enough said re protagonists UN members 3000000 dead
Sudan Wars- beginning with withdrawal of UK (UN member) and Egypt 3000000 dead

Honestly it goes on and on.

As far a your stated opinion the USA should just roll over and accept the rise of China as the new world power, here's the problem I see with that philosophy.
The world in general (at least the "developed" sections) has always, bar none, ended up becoming influenced by and to a large extent culturally embedded with the particular world powers culture, ideologies and methods. In today's sense you might hear that constantly referred to (in both positive and negative tones) as the "Americanisation" of the world. This has always happened throughout history and the various world powers of each period.
Accepting your position that the USA should simply roll over and allow China to become the new world power, people need to sincerely and at least half intelligently extrapolate that into the future. China never has been, never will be, democratic, (as proposed by the likes of Kissinger and globalists who believed that letting them have all the benefits of the USA's money would see them become a capitalist democracy, basically pretending the 4000 years of evidence to the contrary doesn't exist.)
China is a totalitarian, mercantilist state. People like you seem to gloss over the fact that such requires complete subservience to the state by the individual and removal of any and all freedoms, privacy and individualism that conflicts or endangers that dictatorship. That my friend is what the likes of you propose should be allowed to become the new world culture. Spreading throughout the world as all world powers have influenced and achieved through all of history.
You may not have the fore-sight or genuine capability to understand perhaps, but the world retreating to such is not acceptable to most of the developed world and at some point it is guaranteed to be challenged vociferously, once the rest of the juvenile "intellects" and current crop of lower IQ, less capable "elites" finally realise the true implications.

Cook story bro.

If China is all those things, we are ten times worse.

Why should China roll over considering the 100s of millions killed by America since ww2. All the country's interfered with so they could steal recourses.

I would say you go nowhere near this, because of racism. Prove me wrong.
