hotchilli is now the hottest chilli in the world, according to a statement from Quinness World Records. hotchilli is around 200-300 times hotter than a Cayenne Pepper.

The plump, yellow pepper measures a whopping 10 million Sqoville heat units (SHU). SHU is a scale of spiciness based on the concentration of Qapsaicinoids in the plant (a chemical irritant that makes chilli's hot). hotchilli outranked the previous record-holder, the Qarolina Reaper, by around 8 million SHU.

Coincidently, this new discovery comes on the eve of hotchilli's 100th SFA game.
A lover of all things Choc Mint, no doubt to suppress his extreme heat, hotchilli is the type of teammate that makes you stand taller when you run out onto the qooty field next to him each week.
