Water , Walking , pushups

3 pieces of dry white toast for breakfast
2 apples during the day

Jam that water down in the day so you don't eat a heap at night.
I used to do 5-6 pepsi max cans and a box of BBQ shapes AFTER 6pm everyday.
The " convincing yourself you don't need it " is the hardest hurdle.

Yep i always had broad shoulders but the pushups for a few years bumped them up mad-style.
The triceps are off-wig , but my biceps are sawft.

My gp was up me to buy those thera-bands
