the issue was weather it will cut his playing career down by a couple of years.. not that he wont play again
The condition means he has both a low resting heart rate and a low maximum heart rate, which has a negative impact on his endurance and ability to increase it. The only way to fix the problem is with a pacemaker, which would mean he could no longer play contact sport.

A low maximum heart rate in AFL footy is definitely concerning.





I was more thinking of trading players for picks or chasing good young players like Caddy, Toy or Jacobs
