Most of our active cases in the beginning came from aircraft arriving from the USA some time after we had already closed the European flights.

These sorts of guardian/caretaker organisations obviously need funding but I think we need more transparency around where the funding comes from and also around the conflicts of interest regarding the people who get on the boards and essentially decide and direct strategies for outbreaks such as COVID.

In this particular case, each member on the W.H.O board stands to make an absolute motser - clearly an untenable situation given the magnitude and implications of the W.H.O's influence around the responses for this pandemic.
