How are we still 200mm+ down on the long term average? For about the 50th time this year it feels an ark could pull up at any moment.

I love winter, the coolness and the rain. Going to miss it for sure when summer kicks in. I wonder what will stuff my aircon up this year. Every year something causes it to s**t itself and then it takes 2 weeks plus for someone to come out and fix it, usually during the usual 40 degree heat wave

I didn't live in a house with air-con until I was 24 (2009). Sucked on the 40 degree days but most of summer isn't that bad. People who reach for the climate control remote when it hits 28 s**t me.

Winter on the other hand can eat a dick. Perth winter is mild as mild compared to most and can be overcome by simply buying winter clothes from somewhere else, but it's discrete. June July August. That's winter. This needing to put on a coat to go for a walk at lunchtime in mid September thing can * off.

OK it's nowhere a good as a proper air con and it struggles on really humid day but I find people that claim that ducted evaps don't 'work' funny.

Didn't have aircon either until a couple of years back

Further, when would this water be used? between 10am and 4pm? I would suggest not, thus solar isn't relevant.
