i can understand the frustration with what he served up on the weekend but I dont rate the way that youve gone about it, saying he needs to get his shit together and calling him sulky. Talk about his performance but going after him as a person is something youve gotta be careful aboutI'm aware of that but it has no bearing on my opinion of how he should conduct himself on field. If you choose to take the field then the bare minimum is that you provide effort and good body language. The sulking affects his team mates in a bad way. I can forgive his poor form but I can't forgive giving up on chasing opponents and walking away from a contest out of frustration. I'm not the only one who noticed and it's inexcusable.
Theyll probably send Drew to Libba again. Did well last time, is a gun run with player.Wines I'd imagine. Macrae probably goes to head to head with Boak. Interested to see if they send someone to Libba. He was our best early against the Lions and can often be our barometer.
We tend not to tag up front. If Wines or Boak hurt us with their ball use early, Dunks will probably go there pretty quickly.Hi all,
Thought Dunkley was quite effective against Parish in the 2nd half of the Essendon game and against Neale recently.
U reckon he plays a similar role against Port this week? Would he target Boak or Wines?

Can only hope their players and coach are suffering the same level of paranoia. After a few mentions on here I too decided to venture onto the Port board to check the preview thread, thinking it surely couldn't be that bad...
JHC was I wrong.
A fully fit team that was gifted the only home final of the first week and subsequently easy win against a bunch of geriatrics then two weeks sleeping in their own beds before playing a team that's been half way round the country and back, missing some of its very best players, and yet...
It was like some Denisovan Sodom and Gomorrah. The darkest of pathos, the most seething bitterness, gleefully bloodthirsty wishes of injury upon our players. It was like walking deeper and deeper into an abandoned building filled with gibbering methheads, all scratching at themselves and smearing their sh*t across everything while screeching at the hidden men inside the walls (and some grandiose 'Vic-bias') while coming coming down from a seven-day ice binge. More delusional paranoia than a medley of Hitler parody videos. I actually had to come back for my sunnies because the glint from all the tinfoil headwear gave me temporary blindness.
Beneath it all runs an undercurrent of rising fear. They have no excuses. If they lose this it will destroy them and they know it.

I reckon all Vic teams will be under quarantine for the rest of the season, even in WA. They'll be 'confined' to a big resort complex and allowed to move freely at the resort and then to training and back.By the time gameday arrives the team would have been in no COVID hotspots for 14 days. This should mean no quarantine restrictions on the Saturday in Adelaide. However I bet the SA government will ensure we are confine to 3 by 3 cells all day on Saturday without any freedoms. Will be interesting to see what if any restrictions the team has to comply with
Interestingly we were staying with a city hotel last night, not a large complex. Keen to know if we will now be moving to a resort or staying at the hotel all week.I reckon all Vic teams will be under quarantine for the rest of the season, even in WA. Alan Richardson just said that Melbourne will be free to move around the city after their 14 days end, said they have same freedoms as WA residents.I reckon all Vic teams will be under quarantine for the rest of the season, even in WA. Does anyone have any Intel on Martin? Is He in Perth?
Because if he is.He must still be a chance.Yes ,no maybe...Despite having a line ruled through his name..
Knowing the WA government, we'll probably be in a different position because our 14 days have been in various states whereas the Demons have only been in WA.Alan Richardson just said that Melbourne will be free to move around the city after their 14 days end, said they have same freedoms as WA residents.
will Be interesting to see how this is managed going forward for the remaining clubs
Why would Aliir go to VDM when we have Schache, Naughton and English?Port have the best forward half smalls/mediums in the comp:
Gray
Butters
Rozee
Duursma
Fantasia
Motlop
I actually think we’re in decent shape to handle them with Caleb, dale, Williams, Duryea and wood.
Aliir will go to Vandermeer right?

I get that, but I can't think of 3 tall defenders they have other than Allir unless they put a much smaller opponent on one of our talks just so Allir can try to intercept.Because he doesn’t have to worry about VDM and can do as he pleases aerially.
The AFL will likely use the 2 Collingwood players earlier in the year as a precedent where they were subbed off for head knocks and passed all tests because it wasn't a real concussion and they weren't allowed to play the next week stillAnyone know the details of the Weightman incident? We know he was subbed off. Did he pass the concussion test? Did they do the test after they subbed him off? Was he subbed off as a precaution? What are the rules if subbed off for a head knock yet no concussion confirmed.
He is a massive player for us, equal with Naughton as our most important forward. I've had mild concussion and a serious concussion (6 month symptoms).
Even with mid concussion you are not quite there for minimum 24 hours if not more. On the bench your generally staring into space, finding it hard to think, its an awful feeling.
Cody showed none of this, from the bench or in the rooms. Considering there is conjecture around this, I'm guessing he didn't fail the test, yet was subbed as a pre-caution.
Anyone got any info....
If that's the case it needs to change, you know if you have concussion straight away, totally different feeling to say an eye gash etc.The AFL will likely use the 2 Collingwood players earlier in the year as a precedent where they were subbed off for head knocks and passed all tests because it wasn't a real concussion and they weren't allowed to play the next week still
