Do you get an award for that?Record winning streak at Adelaide Oval is up for grabs on the weekend.
Guess which team it is?

It keeps him in the game and gets that spud Pittonet out of the side, win/win in my book [emoji2]Dunno I am in two minds about it- risking a match winning forward in CBB against errant knees etc....hmmm
sure, if you want to go back 28, 38, 48, 58 years, knock yourself out.I'm sure that will derail our season this year, but I am really enjoying Pie supporters reaching back into the past, considering this is a 2024 thread
Do you really want to go back in time and rehash events of the past?

OKI'm happy to discuss this year, as per the OP.. Knock yourself out
It’s not so much arrogance as it is reminding (rubbing it in) to Collingwood supporters who believe their drivel that Carlton aren’t a top 8 side..The arrogance of Carlton dismissing GWS and Geelong... they are 2 sides with the tall defenders and tall forwards to trouble Carlton
Why are you lumping GWS in with Geelong? GWS are the far better side. The arrogance of Carlton dismissing GWS and Geelong... they are 2 sides with the tall defenders and tall forwards to trouble Carlton
Pittoneigh is alright with a stable side.It keeps him in the game and gets that spud Pittonet out of the side, win/win in my book [emoji2]

Very harsh on Pitt. Without his role on Gawn we lose our last two games against Melbourne. Isn't athletically gifted or a great mover but his physicality and work in the ruck is still important. Solid depth for usIt keeps him in the game and gets that spud Pittonet out of the side, win/win in my book [emoji2]

If they did the counts in the last quarter the Pies would be around 16k this year.Average attendances 2024
Collingwood 50900
Carlton 54900
I'm sure we are going ok as crap club

Voss is more likely to play two genuine rucks against teams who do the same - than not.It keeps him in the game and gets that spud Pittonet out of the side, win/win in my book [emoji2]

That’s quite amazing. And I think you have got Hawks at a handy time. We look about as likely as Richmond this week.2024.
A win for Collingwood on Sunday would unbelievably see them set the record for the most consecutive wins at Adelaide Oval.
Thoughts?
They're not a bad team. Plenty of season left. Some good stuff here. Admire Fadge for fighting a very good fight. Think Blues will prob do better, but end of the day they have better cream and depth due to being down for a long time. Pies the compete opposite. Unlucky not have got that one against WC, but I guess you could say Bris were unlucky last year. Pies could get back mojo and would be hard to beat if they can sneak into top 6, ideally top 4, and have a fully fit list. Depth suspect. Not sure Mitch, Sidey and a few others will be able to get back to top level.
But anyway..funny banter to read here.
