they really did put the “minor” in minor premiersEven when Adelaide are Minor Prems, we still finish above them!![]()

Brad Scott by far... Has all the smugness of his brother but without any of the success to actually back it up.
Playing like a top 10 pick that he was. Starting to see what he brings the table every week. Smooth mover, great decision maker and beautiful skills. He's the perfect accompaniment to the other brutes in the midfield. Imagine him and Merrett pinpointing passes every game.Wardy. My man.
Been on him since the start and he’s shown this year, and this final. How ****ing good he is at footy.
Supreme ball use, clean as a whistle, tough, quick burst, run and carry with the two way workrate and defensive side to suit.
Biggest improved by far.
Who's the silly one now. Although he's redeemed himself recently. Pretty classy presser just before too. Gave us heaps of praise.Years ago, I saw Nicks and Sam Mitchell on 360.
The hosts asked Sam about the quirky signs being held up on the interchange. Then they turned to Nicks and asked if his team used them.
He did that annoying side-of-the-mouth, faux-alpha thing and said something link, 'We don’t bother with that silly stuff...'
Sam looked absolutely stunned, and the hosts giggled.
I’ve hated him ever since! Hahaha
My favourite thing about Meek tonight is that he responded against ROB.
Was probably his worst game of the year last time against Adelaide, took the challenge on and absolutely feasted tonight.

CJs best ability right now is giving us the option to throw Weddle forward which has been destructive.
He's just not got the feel to play sub. Much better player when he starts.
, she may think I Love the Hawks more than her...Ok, I do

Random one, but I thought D'Ambrossio has shown he has come a long way. Last year in finals Port sat on him, and the second he got it was tackled over and over, and had limited impact. Tonight he did some really nice work to wrong foot opponent to get free, and get some long kicks going our way to put Adelaide under pressure. He's quietly become quite tough in the contest and reliable under pressure as well. Not starring in as many games like last year, but he's improved to be able to play a solid role in a contested final and contribute like he did in some key passages. I thought his under-stated game sort of highlighted the much improved maturity of our team.
) to satisfy the Bombers when Ward actually looks to now be locked in your best 22.
