Totally agree. I reckon Jones is worth 15-20 and he will play 100-150 games for his future club.

At least. He rarely gets injured and is still young. I can't work out why so many of our supporters never rated him.

As a supporter I love watching our young players develop and emerge as stars. Sure it's great to recruit stars but it takes a while for them to grow on me and will never have the same connection to me as our home grown players.
