- Papley was contracted and required. We kept him.
- Essendon asked for important, required players. We kept them.
- Club had it's eyes on certain draft prospects with pick 5. We kept it.
- Media basically dragged us through the mud for weeks. We kept our focus.

To be frank when the **** do we ever have a good off season ? The only plus here is Papley is going nowhere as I said would be the case if Daniher deal was not done. Anyone who could not see that are just plain Dumb.
