Rams coach Sean McVay said Cam Akers and Darrell Henderson are "good to go for week 1."

Both players have resumed practicing, so there should be no concerns about either being limited for the team's season opener versus Buffalo. Akers returned from his torn Achilles' in the playoffs last year, only to be dreadfully innefcetive on his large workload. The extra time in the offseason should ensure that he has fully recovered from the injury, but McVay has also talked up Henderson during training camp. If Henderson is taking receiving work and even some carries off the table, Akers will struggle to return value on his RB19 ADP.

Lions are over the cap? Wtf? How?

Think they have the most expensive offense in the NFL.

Unless some trades/signings have since changed that.

Not sure how that is possible when they have St.Brown, Williams, Swift, Sewell and Hock on rookie deals. Mind blowing

You can add an extra 2-3m onto those numbers for practice squad elevations and in season pick ups. It's the average money teams spend per year there.

Joe Thomas must believe Baker is making the t-shirts himself out in his garage or something.

"Typical Baker, spending far too much time on his t-shirts rather than getting to know the playbook"

Smh, okay mate.

I was listening to Bill Simmons AFC O/U podcast and they were pretty negative about the Patriots and I was wondering what happened this offseason to have that happen?

Weren't they considered a good team last year, did they lose a bunch of players?
I assumed they were just gonna be a 10+ win team as usual.

Matt Patricia is calling the offense, and they are apparently trying to move to a zone running scheme and it hasn't gone well in TC.

As for if they were a "good team" last year, I'd say that is debatable

Ive got a free site with every game and redzone but you've got to put up with pop up ads to get it started and refreshing the page every 60-90 minutes.
